Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about drafting and sending legal notices with Aetozy.in.
Is the legal notice generated by AI legally valid in India?
Yes. A legal notice is essentially a formal communication of your intent to take legal action. There is no strict statutory format, but it must contain specific details (sender, receiver, facts, demand, deadline). Our AI is trained to structure these details in the formal, accepted legal terminology used by Indian lawyers.
Do I need a lawyer's signature on the notice?
No, a legal notice can be sent by an individual on their own behalf (called 'Party in Person'). While having a lawyer send it on their letterhead can add weight, a notice sent directly by you is equally valid under Indian law.
How do I send the generated notice?
Once you download the PDF, print it, sign it, and send it via Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due (RPAD) or Speed Post through India Post. Keep the postal receipt and the delivery tracking report as proof of service.
What happens if the other party doesn't reply?
If the deadline mentioned in the notice (usually 15 or 30 days) expires without a satisfactory reply or compliance, you have the legal right to file a formal case in the appropriate court or forum.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your case details are processed securely to generate the notice and are stored safely in your personal dashboard.
What is the cost?
We charge a nominal fee of ₹14 per notice. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our unlimited monthly plan for ₹149/month (cancel anytime, no refund).
